Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation by the tenant :

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
• Between 30 days and 5 days : 50% refund.
• Less than 5 days: no refund.

2. Cancellation by the owner : 

In the event of a major unforeseen event, the tenant will be fully reimbursed and, if possible, an alternative will be offered.

3. Modification of the stay :

Any request for modification (dates, duration) must be made in writing and is subject to the approval of the owner.
