We want you to enjoy your stay, but certain rules must be respected at all times.

- No parties or events;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM;

- Smoking and vaping are prohibited;

- No illegal internet streaming;

- Additional guests must be approved before their stay;

- Pets must be approved by us before your arrival;

- Any illegal activity (prostitution, drug trafficking, etc.) or activity disruptive to the neighborhood is prohibited and may result in immediate eviction;

In case of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and retain your security deposit for damages.
