House rules

A contract is established for all rentals. Your reservation will only be effective upon receipt of your bank transfer.



Article 1 - Subject of the contract

This contract concerns the temporary rental of a furnished apartment located at 96 bld du Président Wilson 06160 Juan-les-Pins for a fixed period, as specified in the reservation.

Article 2 - Reservation and payment

1. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of:

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.

The signed contract or acceptance of the conditions via email.

2. The balance is payable:

30 days before arrival, or

upon arrival if agreed in writing.

3. Payments can be made by: bank transfer, credit card, Stripe, holiday vouchers, cash.

Article 3 - Cancellation and modification

1. Cancellation by the tenant:

More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.

Between 30 days and 5 days: 50% refund.

Less than 5 days: no refund.

2. Cancellation by the owner:

In the event of a major unforeseen circumstance, the tenant will be fully reimbursed and, if possible, an alternative will be offered.

3. Modification of the stay:

Any request for modification (dates, duration) must be made in writing and is subject to the owner's approval.

Article 4 - Security deposit

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival and returned after the departure inventory, subject to the absence of damage or breaches of contract.

In order to process your reservation, I use a service that allows you to simply provide your security deposit via a bank card pre-authorization, without paying in advance. This avoids you having to send a check, a bank transfer, or having your bank card blocked due to a pre-authorization. This is not a payment: You will not be charged the requested amount, but you authorize this charge in case of any problems with the rental.

Article 5 - Use of the Premises

1. The accommodation is reserved for the exclusive use of the tenants mentioned during the reservation.

2. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, except with prior authorization.

3. Pets are not allowed.

Article 6 - Arrival and Departure

1. Arrival time: from 4:00 PM.

2. Departure time: before 11:00 AM.

3. Any delay or change must be communicated in advance.

Article 7 - Liability and Insurance

1. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

2. Liability insurance covering short-term rentals is recommended.

Article 8 - Inventory and Condition Report

1. An inventory and condition report will be carried out upon arrival and departure.

2. Any anomaly or malfunction must be reported immediately.

Article 9 - Personal Data

The data collected as part of the reservation is used solely for the management of the rental and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Article 10 - Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antibes.
